When you place or track an order, we may collect your name, mobile number, optional email, delivery details, selected products, personalization text and the photos you choose to upload.
How we use it
We use this information to prepare your design, share proofs, process your order, provide delivery or pickup, support payment confirmation and respond to your questions. We do not sell customer information.
Anonymous website analytics
We record limited first-party website activity to understand page visits, product interest, cart additions and checkout starts. This uses a temporary anonymous session identifier and does not add your name, phone, email, address, uploaded photo, search text or exact device information to analytics.
Photos and proofs
Customer photos and KCC proof images are kept in private storage and are made available only through the order workflow. Please upload only content you have permission to use.
Payments and service providers
When online payment is enabled, payment details are entered with the payment provider. KCC records the verified payment status but does not ask you to send card, UPI PIN or OTP details through this website.
Retention and security
Order information is retained only as needed to fulfil orders, provide support, maintain business records and meet applicable obligations. We use access controls and private storage, while recognising that no internet service can promise absolute security.
